Eligible products may be returned within 7 business days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

Products must:

  • Be unused and unworn.

  • Be in their original packaging.

  • Include all original tags and accessories.

  • Show no signs of damage caused by the customer.

Hygiene Policy

For hygiene and safety reasons, used, washed, or intimate wear that has been tried on without protective hygiene liners cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for:

  • Wrong size (subject to availability)

  • Incorrect item received

  • Manufacturing defects

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Used products

  • Washed items

  • Products damaged after delivery

  • Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been inspected and approved, any eligible refund or replacement will be processed accordingly.
